REPORTAGE
Probation is (sometimes) is equal to hope
The "clients"
of the first pilot center in Bulgaria look for work, look
for lodgings and learn how to read and write.
"If
I had not been sent to prison, the situation would have been
different. The stay in prison is a loss of tune. Meanwhile,
lots of things have changed and you have missed some opportunities.
You could have caught at any opportunity and taken advantage
of it - for example, you could have found a job." This
is Stoyan's logic (he spent five years behind prison bars)
and his arguments in favor of probation -
